Email Communication Disruption in v17 Upgrade 🚨 I need your help! As a loyal Odoo partner, I've encountered a major roadblock since upgrading to Odoo v17. Our company, Tasis Tech - تأسيس تك relies heavily on seamless email communication to serve our clients effectively. Unfortunately, since the upgrade, we've been experiencing significant disruptions in email delivery, leaving us in the dark about crucial client communications. Despite reaching out to Odoo support and raising tickets, we've yet to receive any concrete solutions or updates on the progress of our inquiries. It's been a month now, and the silence from Odoo support is deafening. As a partner committed to delivering high-quality projects, this situation is deeply concerning. Our clients depend on us for prompt and efficient service, and this email issue is hindering our ability to meet their needs. Background settings is I use custom domain aliases where my domain provider redirects emails from e.g info@tasistech.com to info@tasistech.odoo.com It worked smoothly for almost 2 years. Amazing experience. But after the upgrade everything stopped. Here's a snippet of the error message we've been encountering: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of its recipients after more than 4 hours on the queue on bosmailout05.eigbox.net. Transparency and prompt resolution are crucial to maintaining trust and confidence among partners and clients.
